Important books you must read before you die.


It's a brute fact that books are our true friends, books can make you feel delighted, can motivate you, can entertain you, and most importantly can kill your loneliness. So, today I'm going to tell you about three very interesting psychological books that you must read so let's start.

  •   The First book is “59 seconds”, which is written by ‘Richard Wiseman’, this book serves some of the best ideas for self-help, there are three main points to remember from this book. If you want people to love you or like you ask them to give you a favor, it will make them think that they love you. Some researchers suggest that eating more slowly helps people eat less because it fools our brain into thinking that we have eaten more and allows extra time for the body to digest food. We must do definitely what we want now because research shows that when most people look back on their lives they are great for things that they didn't do there are many other interesting ideas that this book contains we must read it.
  • The second book is “Bounce”, which is written by ‘Matthew cite’. The title of this book is the Mizar Talent in the power of practice. If you think that only talented people can get success and you are feeling disappointed this book is only for you, This book serves three main ideas speed and performance in any sport are not based on talent but it is because of highly specific practice. The purposeful practice may not be easy, but it's breathtaking effective. Expert knowledge comes from experience and experience come from hard work you must definitely read this book which is very interesting.
  • The Third and the last book is “Grit”, which is written by ‘Angela Duckworth’. The power of passion and perseverance, according to Oxford Dictionary “Grit” means Manfred toughness and courage. Pretty people are able to maintain the determination and motivation over long periods, the three main ideas in this book,  first one is the consistency of effort over the long run is everything, second one success needs these four important tests first one interest, second practice, third purpose, and fourth hope. Whenever you are in any hurdle or dilemma, ask yourself what do I really care about. And second, what matters most to me.
